Evaluation and Feedback

SEERA Hockey prides itself on the development of its coaches and want to ensure that coaches have the qualifications and accessible training available to them so they can provide players with a fun and challenging environment where they can grow and develop their skills.

• To achieve this, SEERA Hockey uses end of season surveys to receive feedback for our members.
• Surveys results are reviewed and is a vital tool to evaluate coaches for future seasons and help strengthen our coaching development.
• Surveys results are provided to the Head Coach. The results are anonymous and we strongly encourage all families to be open and honest when providing feedback.

We kindly ask that you take 3 minutes to complete the SEERA Hockey Head/Ast surveys.

Note: Surveys will open on March 4 and close by March 31 each season.
