Welcome to the SEERA Equipment Department

We’re so glad to have you join the SEERA team! This is place to find the necessary team equipment information to help you get off to a great season. 

 

Equipment Pick Up/Dropoff Instructions

All equipment is located at the Gold Bar Community League4620 105 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB.

To access the equipment room:

  • Please use the side doors on the north side of the building.
  • Proceed down the staircase - you will find the equipment room at the bottom.
  • Picking up/Returning equipment will require you to sign up using the Sign Up Form (link coming) to prevent excessive time spent at the hall for pick up/drop off of equipment.

Important Note: You will need to carry your equipment to your vehicle independently, as we are unable to provide assistance with transport.

Equipment Deposit Policy

All equipment pickups now require a $400.00 undated cheque as a deposit. This amount represents 10% of the jersey cost.

  • Cheques must be made out to "SEERA Hockey"
  • They can be provided by any coach or team manager
  • All cheques will be securely stored in a safe within the equipment room
  • Cheques will be returned once all equipment has been returned

Equipment List

Each team will receive the following equipment:

  • Jerseys (home and away sets)
  • Puck Bag (includes 50 pucks)
  • First Aid Kit
  • Player SocksOne pair per player to keep

 

Uniform Policy

Please note the following guidelines regarding team uniforms:

  • No changes are permitted to the standard home or away uniforms.
    • This includes purchasing alternate socks, pant shells, or any other items that alter the uniform’s appearance.
  • Third jerseys may be purchased at the team’s expense.
    • Designs must be pre-approved by the SEERA board before ordering.
    • Third jerseys may be worn a maximum of 10 times during the season.

 

Equipment Loss or Use

If any equipment is lost, stolen, or used (e.g. First Aid Kit supplies), please notify us immediately so we can arrange for replacements.
