Southeast Edmonton Recreation Association (SEERA) was registered in February 1979 as a volunteer based not-for-profit organization. Operating as the “Southeast Zone”, SEERA offers a community minor hockey program for hockey players aged 9 to 21, in U15,U18, U21 levels, plus U11AA and U13 Tier 1 competitive levels, in the southeast area of Edmonton.
