Below are your links for forms to be filled out for bench jackets and track suits.

COACH APPAREL ORDERING IS NOW CLOSED FOR THE 2025/26 SEASON.

Note: 

• Ordering forms will open on Oct 2, 2025 and close on Oct 17, 2025.
• All orders need to be placed by the close date we will NOT be accepting late orders.
• Please read each form carefully.
• Orders will not complete until Kerri Bishop - Registrar - receives your fees.
  • Please send a E-transfer to Kerri at seerapayments@shaw.ca
  • Please use the security answer hockey2025
  • Memo for transfer: First and last name / item ordered
    • this allows the payment to be easily matched to the order form.

Bench Jackets & Track Suits

SEERA will cover 50% of track suit costs for up to 5 coaches per team. A coach can only have one subsidized track suit every 3 years and all coaches receiving track suits must be on the team hard card.

Track Jacket:

• SEERA logo on left chest - Included
• Cost to Coaches (50% + GST)
  • Cost to coaches: $40.20 includes GST
• **Additional Optional Cost**: Coach's name on the sleeve. Cost is fully covered by coaches (100%+GST)
  • Personalization cost to coaches: $10.50 includes GST

Track Pants :

• SEERA logo on right leg - Included
• Cost to Coaches (50% + GST)
  • Cost to coaches: $28.75 includes GST
