Club Tryout Information

If your player is going to try out for an MLAC (or other Club) AAA or AA team (referred to as Club below) for the 2024-25 season, please contact the Registrar to declare SEERA as your home association in the event your player does not make the Club team. This process will inform SEERA category directors of players who may return to the association for the season.

• Email Registrar Kerri Bishop at seeraadmin@shaw.ca and provide the name of the player trying out for Club, and indicate which team the player is trying out for.

Important: SEERA prefers that you DO NOT register online if your player is trying out for Club. If you have already registered and paid online, please notify Kerri at seeraadmin@shaw.ca right away so it can be properly recorded. If your player does make a Club team, the fees paid to SEERA will be refunded to you.

Players are deemed to have declared SEERA as their home association when Kerri has been properly notified. Should a player return to SEERA:

• We will make arrangements for registration fees to be paid at that time.
• Players will receive SEERA evaluation times for team placement.

Please email Kerri at seeraadmin@shaw.ca right away if your player is released from Club and is returning to SEERA. This will facilitate getting your player into the SEERA evaluation process as quickly as possible.

Important: Players released from their initial Club tryout that choose to enter the draft for a tryout with another Club team, will be placed on a team based on available space if they return to the SEERA program after evaluations have been completed.
