SEERA Refund Policy
REFUNDS OF REGISTRATION FEES
- Prior to evaluations ( on ice ) - full refund of Regular Registration fee less $75.00 admin fee.
- After players participate in evaluations/on ice but prior to placement on a team : 50 pecent of Regular Registration Fee less $75.00 admin fee. As well as any Hockey Alberta/Canada applicable fees.
- After team placement -A player who withdraws from SEERA Hockey and requests a refund after placement on a team, is ineligible for any refund of any registration fees paid.
Note: In extenuating circumstances, such as relocation or illness/injury, a refund may be considered solely at SEERA’s discretion. ineligble for any refund except in cases of reloactions( documentation will be required)
Note: All refunds are subject to "any" requested documentation as per the administrator and/or SEERA Hockey executive for approval.
