SEZ Players trying out with MLAC, potentially returning to SEERA

If your player is going to try out for an MLAC AAA or AA team for the 2024-25 season, please follow the following steps to declare SEERA as your home association in the event you player does not make the MLAC team. This process will inform SEERA category directors of players who may return to the association for the season.

Step 1:  Please use this link to download the PDF registration form:

Step 2:  Complete the form and write at the top of the form your player is “trying out for MLAC”.

• You can use the “Fill & Sign” feature in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC app to complete the form, or you can print the form, fill it out and scan it for emailing.

Step 3:  Email the completed form to Kerri at seeraadmin@shaw.ca.
 
Players are deemed to have declared SEERA as their home association if all steps above have been completed. Should the player return to SEERA, we will make arrangement for registration fees to be paid at that time. Players will also receive SEERA evaluation times for team placement.

Please email Kerri at seeraadmin@shaw.ca right away if your player is released from MLAC and returning to SEERA. This will facilitate getting your player into the SEERA evaluation process as quickly as possible.
